Kathy is a Senior Salesforce Architect with 5 Salesforce Certifications, 5x Ranger, and certified in Talent Management.  She is in the Salesforce Ecosystem for over 14 years, starting as a Salesforce Classic champion and member of the steering committee, then on to consulting, and now as an Architect.  Her background is expansive with success stories from a variety of industries.  She is a healthcare subject matter expert (SME) in the areas of public health, pharmacy, home health, payer/provider management, hospital and health systems, private practice management, and previously supporting the College of Nursing, Healthcare Workforce Solutions team in Higher Ed working with the largest healthcare providers in the southeast.  Additional industry experience includes sales, marketing, legal, K-12, hospitality,  and manufacturing among others.  Executive skill areas are in leadership, collaboration, learning and development, change management, project management.  On all projects,  Kathy consistently strives to improve processes and analytics to allow the team to focus on what is important for their industry.
